Permanent Part Time Receptionist
Costello Hotels is seeking to employ a Receptionist for a Permanent Part-Time position based at Wallaroo Marina Apartments.
Offering superior guest service at all times in a warm, friendly manner you will be an integral member of our Front Office team.
Reporting directly to the Manager the position requires applicants to be professional, well presented, honest, reliable and have a commitment to the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities include;
- Check-in/Check out guests
- Taking guest enquiries
- Reservations across our multiple properties
- Administration
- Guest relations
Previous experience of front office/reception work is essential. Employment within the accommodation/hospitality industry would be advantageous as well as experience working with RMS software.
The position will be 38.5 hours per fortnight Permanent Part-Time on a 2 week rotating roster and will include weekend work.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate during a 3 month trial period efficiency, diligence, flexibility and reliability.
